Exit the airport northbound towards Washington D.C. :: Follow the signs to stay on George Washington Parkway :: Go 4 miles and exit the parkway at Spout Run :: Continue 1 mile and turn right onto Lee Highway :: Go 1.5 miles and turn left onto Glebe Road :: Go 3/4 mile, passing over Interstate 66 and turn left on 11th Street :: Make an immediate right turn into the underground parking garage.

From Washington Dulles Airport

Depart the airport via the Dulles Access Road :: Continue eastbound, eventually crossing under the Washington Beltway (I-495) :: Continue eastbound until the access road terminates at I-66 :: Take Interstate 66 East toward Washington, DC :: Continue 6 miles and take the Fairfax Dr./Glebe Road exit :: Go straight (on North Fairfax Drive) and turn left (North) at light at Glebe Road :: Go 1 block and turn right on 11th Street :: Make an immediate right turn into the underground parking garage.
